We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a small, supportive office environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations

  • File and maintain documents in an organized manner

  • Manage correspondence through Microsoft Outlook

  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents using Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Support adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with clients and staff

  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative skills with proven office experience

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)

  • Familiarity with SOPs and process-driven work

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team (2-person department)

  • Self-starter who takes initiative and adapts quickly

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
