To further our mission, we are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to support operations at the Residence at Wood Street, a supportive housing site for adults at risk of homelessness.

This person will act as a point of contact for tenants, coordinate maintenance, and ensure smooth property operations. This role often involves a mix of administrative, customer service, and sales responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Take the lead on marketing vacant units.
- Build relationships with community organizations to increase leasing opportunities.
- Assist applicants in completing applications as necessary.
- Take the lead in all communication and follow up with HACP regarding rents, recertification, and lease issues.
- Direct residents to community support options.
- Cover the front desk on occasion.
- Help with room inspections.
- Assist residents with balances and payment plans.
- Ensure the property is well-maintained and presentable.
- Help to maintain a positive and welcoming environment for residents.
- Prior Section 8 leasing experience helpful.
- Previous experience in human services preferred.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Physical strength to manipulate light to medium weight materials weighing 10 to 15 pounds on a regular basis.
Salary : $33,145 - $41,431
