Job Title: Validation Engineer

Job Description

The Validation Engineer will be an integral part of the hardware validation team, focusing on testing and validating analog, digital, and embedded sub-systems for our products. This role requires strong validation experience and close collaboration with the design and integration teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct test and validation activities for analog, digital, and embedded sub-systems.
• Collaborate closely with design and integration teams to ensure robust hardware validation.
• Troubleshoot and debug PCB designs effectively.
• Write and execute test plans for microcontrollers, SOCs, FPGAs, power supplies, electric motors, high-speed systems, and RF components.

Essential Skills

• Hardware verification and validation experience.
• Expertise in electrical engineering and PCB design.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug analog circuits.
• Experience in writing detailed test plans.
• Proficiency with microcontrollers, SOCs, FPGAs, and power supplies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Hands-on soldering skills with both through-hole and surface-mount components.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in board-level design verification for aerospace, automotive, or consumer electronics products.
• Experience in developing requirements, plans, and procedures for product design verification.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
