Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Traveling Superintendent to support a variety of projects. This person will be based out of Denver and travel up to 70% of the time. This company will pay for you to fly home every other week. This company works on life science, food & beverage, hospital, distribution center, semiconductor, data center, commercial, and other projects.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects valued at $5M or more
- Proficient in developing and maintaining project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6 (beyond lookaheads or Excel-based tracking)
- Seeking candidates with true commercial experience—not including small retail, big box stores, multifamily, single-family residential, or civil projects

- Background coming from the trades
Work Environment: Projects are primarily located throughout the Western U.S., with Denver-based work prioritized. The current project is in Frederick, CO, followed by upcoming assignments in Denver and Phoenix. While traveling, team members receive monthly Per Diem for 7 days, based on GSA rates.
Project Team Structure: Teams typically include a Project Director, 1 or 2 Project Managers, 1 or 2 Superintendents, and a Project Engineer, depending on project size. As they do not self-perform, subcontractors and tradesmen vary by project.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $72.00/hr.
