Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Safety Manager with over five years of safety experience to join our South Carolina division. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel to various South Carolina offices as needed. In this role, you will support all trade partners and collaborate closely with project teams to develop and implement an effective safety program.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of sites and offices.
- Manage the Safety and Health Program effectively.
- Conduct safety training for personnel and trade partners.
- Reinforce and promote a strong safety culture within the organization.
- Track leading and lagging safety indicators.
- Investigate and document incidents thoroughly.
- Five or more years of experience in a safety role, preferably in construction.
- CHST, OSHA 30, CPR, and EM385 certifications.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and BlueBeam.
- Strong verbal communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail in documentation.
- Understanding of industry-relevant Spanish.
- Security clearance for federal projects.
- Valid driver's license.
- CQC experience is preferred.
- Experience with federal construction, USACE, and NAVFAC.
- Proficiency in OSHA 500 regulations.
This position requires on-site presence and in-person interaction, following normal business hours from 9 AM to 5 PM. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
