Description
Ensure high-quality standards in machine performance, utilization, and downtime reduction through continuous equipment and process optimization. Provide hands-on support to production operators, process engineers, and quality teams to ensure successful implementation and validation of products and processes. Develop and analyze thermal profiles to support process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, specify, and implement new equipment and emerging technologies. Interpret and apply technical service manuals and bulletins to troubleshoot and maintain equipment. Train operators and new technicians on equipment operation and program adjustments to ensure consistent performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and supplier communications regarding equipment and programming issues.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associate degree in Electrical/Mechanical Technology, Electronic Technology, or equivalent experience. 2–5 years of experience as an Equipment or Process Technician, preferably within an ECM environment. Strong background in electronics automation, including mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a production setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
