Urgent Hiring for Remote " Certified Medical Assistant"
Job Description:
- Handle 32–36 inbound patient calls per shift.
- Assist patients with the setup and usage of blood pressure cuffs kits sent directly to them.
- Provide clear and patient instructions to patients on how to use the equipment
- Collect vitals from patients and ensure accurate documentation in an EMR system (Athena is used)
- Escalate out-of-range blood pressure readings to internal clinicians for further evaluation and instructions for patients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient care and support.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and patience while interacting with patients over the phone

Schedule is M-F no weekends, no holidays. 8am EST-4:30pm EST or 12pm EST-8pm EST
