Job Title: Out-Process Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Out-Process Technician with a strong technical background to join our team. You will be responsible for managing incoming order creation and outgoing order transactions, ensuring workflow is maintained with a sense of urgency. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in logistics and/or administrative roles and will be comfortable working with complex technical data and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers and manage the shipping and receiving process.
• Work closely with technical staff to understand inventory and logistics requirements, ensuring stock is available as required.
• Manage all aspects of logistics, including transportation and inventory management.
• Use software systems to manage and analyze backlog and produce reports as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in logistics.
• Experience with Oracle ERP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong inventory control skills.
• Self-motivated and a high performer.
• Near perfect attendance.
• Great communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a warehouse, dock, or distribution center preferred.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and other equipment as necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 75 pounds.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
• Experience with Oracle ERP is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
