We are seeking a meticulous Technical Writer/Analyst to compile and prepare packaging product materials for submission to the EU. This role involves extracting the necessary information from our database, converting it into the required EU language using a matrix, and assembling comprehensive packets for each product tailored to each market. If any information is missing, the role requires reaching out to the relevant suppliers, engineers, material coordinators, or subject matter experts to fill the gaps.
Responsibilities- Extract and compile packaging product materials from the database for all EU markets.
- Convert extracted information using a matrix to meet EU language requirements.
- Assemble detailed packets for each product for submission to each market.
- Identify and fill information gaps by coordinating with suppliers, engineers, material coordinators, and subject matter experts.
- Proficiency in technical writing and document control.
- Experience with data retrieval and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with database management.
- Competency in Salesforce software.
- Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to work effectively with ambiguity.
- Strong decision-making skills.
This position offers the flexibility to work fully remotely. While preference is given to candidates local to Kalamazoo, it is not a requirement. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
