Job Description
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Temp to assist with our internal technology operations. In this role, you will tackle a variety of engaging challenges and provide essential tech support to our talented engineers and support staff. This position is an excellent opportunity for a proactive problem-solver to advance their skills in communication and prioritization within a fast-paced, engineering-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal IT support.
- Provide timely and helpful assistance to all employees by troubleshooting hardware (macOS, Windows), software, and peripheral issues.
- Manage IT hardware inventory, procurement, and deployment.
- Monitor, maintain, and evaluate company-wide subscription services.
- Occasionally travel to satellite offices located in Southern California (less than 10%).

This position is based onsite, involving work in both office and manufacturing floor settings. The role operates within a start-up environment, helping to grow the team and address tech issues for the entire company.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Gardena, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
