Survey Project Manager

Seeking a Surveying Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing several projects throughout NYC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead survey project planning, execution, QA/QC, and delivery across multiple active projects
• Manage staff, field crews, schedules, and project budgets
• Oversee survey plans, reports, descriptions, and CAD deliverables
• Mentor and develop survey staff while introducing new tools and technologies
• Maintain and grow client relationships; support proposals, scopes, and estimates
• Participate in client and regulatory meetings and support business development efforts

Skills & Qualifications

- 8 years of surveying experience; both on the field and in office

- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson software

- Surveying license or ability to obtain

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage staff and maintain quality control

- Experienced in proposal preparation, contract negotiations, job estimates, project management and managing budgets

This is a Permanent position based out of New York, NY.

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $155000.00/yr.
