Job Description

Join our dynamic team to lead field surveying for residential and commercial projects. You will be responsible for conducting topographical surveys, boundary assessments, and construction layouts. Your role will also involve performing land record research and managing survey data using AutoCAD.

• Conduct field surveying for residential and commercial projects.
• Perform topographical surveys, boundary assessments, and construction layouts.
• Execute land record research.
• Download and upload survey data into AutoCAD.
• Draft designs using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in land surveying.
• Experience as a crew/party chief.
• Proficiency in boundary surveying, construction layouts, and topographical surveys.
• Familiarity with Trimble instruments, Trimble data collectors, and GNSS systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
