What are the responsibilities and job description for the Survey Instrument Operator position at Actalent?
Job Description:
- Work under a Crew Chief daily on survey projects operation the Trimble Total Stations Robotics to complete survey and tasks for project sites
- Perform all aspects of stakeout and location surveys using the survey equipment
- Maintain survey equipment and keep survey trucked stocked with necessary supplies and tools
- Collect and submit data related to topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys, and Construction Stakeout
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License.
- Survey instrument operation experience preferred (e.g., Trimble Total Stations, Leica 3D Laser Scanner, and Trimble GPS robotics).
- Familiarity with topographic, boundary, ALTA surveys, and construction stakeout preferred.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
