Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Survey CAD Technician with extensive experience in the survey industry. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and have a strong background in creating Topographic, Boundary, and ALTA surveys. Responsibilities
- Create Topographic, Boundary, and ALTA surveys from field notes.
- Utilize AutoCAD by Autodesk and 3D, version 2015 or greater, proficiently.
- Write detailed metes and bounds descriptions.
- Conduct property and deed research.
- Prepare cut sheets.
- Provide field crews with all necessary information for proposed projects.
Essential Skills
- 5 years of experience in the survey industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
- Experience in preparing Topographic, Boundary, and ALTA surveys.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jackson, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.87/hr.
