Survey Cad Technician

We are seeking a skilled Survey CAD Technician to join our team. This role is essential in drafting a variety of surveys and processing field data, ensuring precision and collaboration with surveyors and project managers.

• Draft mortgage, boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and easements.
• Process field data from GPS and total stations.
• Interpret field notes and legal descriptions.
• Collaborate with surveyors and project managers.
• Maintain drawing standards and file organization.

• 2 years of AutoCAD experience in land surveying.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong understanding of survey data and drafting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Degree or certificate in CAD or surveying (preferred).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eastpointe, MI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
