Supply Chain Analyst

The Supply Chain Analyst will support supplier communication and order management, including processing purchase requests, managing vendor information, and supporting the procurement process from start to finish. The role involves assisting in data analysis and reporting using Excel, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as logistics and planning, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain. The analyst will also participate in cost-saving and efficiency projects.

• Manage purchase orders, including PO management, PO cover L/T forecast, and resolving purchase order issues across the material team.
• Handle daily shortage and supplier commitment management.
• Coordinate with the end-to-end supply chain team for escalation orders, expedite or reschedule urgent shipments for critical materials in collaboration with suppliers.
• Track shipments along with logistics and the import & export team from the supplier.
• Conduct weekly/daily worldwide parts shortage, ONS analysis, and resolution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Business, International Relations, Logistics Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with data.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish.

• Prior knowledge or coursework related to Supply Chain Management is desirable.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and a team player.
• Effective management of systems such as EDI (B2B)/S4/POCM/internal tools.

The role involves working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams. The use of advanced technologies and tools such as EDI and S4 is required. The work culture supports continuous learning and improvement initiatives.

This is a Permanent position based out of Whitsett, NC.

The pay range for this position is $74000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Business, International Relations, Logistics Engineering, or a related field. 5 years og experience in Supply Chain.

This is a fully onsite position in Whitsett,NC.

This position is anticipated to close on Dec 25, 2025.
