Responsibilities
- Provide supervision to assigned case managers, overseeing a team of a team of case managers.
- Coordinate all services to meet the ongoing needs of clients through case management.
- Manage day-to-day functions of the office.
- Monitor individual treatment plans, intake documents, and monthly reports for compliance with EEC regulations.
- Facilitate weekly team meetings.
- Develop policies and procedures.
- Provide after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis.
- Interact with agencies in the state of MA weekly in order to ensure proper referral entry.
- Expertise in healthcare and case management.
- Previous experience within management for a social care based company.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in human service or social science field.
- 2-3 years working in a supervisory role.
- Previous experience working in a case management role.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Medford,MA.
