Superintendent

This position involves overseeing and executing a comprehensive airfield pavement repair project. The role requires coordination of all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to complete demolition, installation, and utility relocation tasks associated with airfield pavement reconstruction.

Responsibilities

• Remove existing Asphalt Concrete (AC) and Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) pavements.
• Construct new AC and PCC pavements.
• Perform incidental work related to pavement installation.
• Replace PCC joint seals.
• Execute full-depth and partial-depth pavement patches.
• Conduct crack sealing operations.
• Apply new pavement markings.
• Install stormwater structures and piping.
• Relocate portions of underground waterlines.
• Relocate portions of underground electrical and fiber optic utility lines.

• Proven experience in airfield or roadway construction and repair.
• Familiarity with AC and PCC pavement systems.
• Knowledge of utility infrastructure and relocation procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate across disciplines.
• Strong understanding of safety and compliance standards.

• Experience in roadway construction, pavement design, underground construction, and utilities.
• Quality assurance in construction.
• Expertise in civil construction, pipe installation, concrete paving.
• Subcontractor management and site construction.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $52.88/hr.
