Job Title: Traveling Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee a federal construction project on a military base, starting immediately at Ft. Stewart. The current project, valued at $30 million, focuses primarily on interior work with some ground-up experience required and is expected to last between 3-4 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the construction project, ensuring adherence to federal contracting standards.
• Coordinate with various teams to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with USACE and NAVFAC standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement safety protocols and oversee quality control measures on-site.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Federal Superintendent.
• At least 3 years of USACE or NAVFAC experience as a Superintendent.
• Proficiency in utilizing OSHA 30 and familiarity with CQM (bonus but not required).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, and project management within federal contracts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $58.00/hr.
