Superintendent

We are seeking a Superintendent to support an industrial/manufacturing project. This role requires an on-site presence, focusing primarily on overseeing construction activities and ensuring project success.

• Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects efficiently.
• Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with the project manager to align project goals and strategies.
• Interface with project inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients to maintain clear communication.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and material vendors to obtain the best pricing.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications.

• 10 years of Superintendent experience.
• Experience supporting industrial type projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera, estimation, QA/QC, Autodesk, and job order contracting.
• Field management and subcontractor management experience.
• Scheduling experience using Primavera and Microsoft programs.
• Knowledge of construction safety and safety procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

The work environment is an on-site project located off 99th Ave, focusing on a $26 million, 250,000 SF buildout. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 5 am, with potential 10-hour workdays. The role includes a laptop, cell phone, and vehicle allowance, with no out-of-state travel required. This is a salaried position with local project focus.

This is a Contract position based out of Chandler, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/hr.
