Superintendent Of Construction

A leading concrete repair contractor is seeking a Superintendent to manage restoration projects. This role involves overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion, leading several foremen, and ensuring job site safety. Experience with RFIs, change orders, and submittals is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Lead and oversee multiple foremen.
• Handle RFIs, change orders, and submittals efficiently.
• Ensure job site safety and conduct toolbox talks.
• Repair full depth or spalled concrete.
• Manage expansion joints and waterproofing tasks.
• Supervise subcontractors and manage MEPs.
• Coordinate and manage multiple job sites.
• Maintain an understanding of concrete repair techniques.
• Oversee masonry work and manage resources such as quantity and materials.

• Concrete repair and superintendent experience is required.
• Strong background in managing people and multiple job sites.
• Proficient in using Procore and understanding safety protocols.
• Knowledge of 2-week lookahead, quantity, and materials management.

• Background in construction management.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a foreman.

The position requires being on-site 5 days a week at various locations across NJ and NY. The company is a growing firm, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln Park, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.20 - $62.50/hr.
