Position: Sterile Processing Technician
Location: Hartford County, CT
Schedule: 4-day workweek (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM) —No weekends or holidays!

Job Description:
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments with precision and care.
- Prepare and organize trays and equipment for upcoming procedures.
- Operate autoclaves, washer-disinfectors, and chemical disinfectants.
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and well-stocked processing area.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CRCST certification preferred (training may be available).
- 1 year of experience in sterile processing or a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and infection control knowledge.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift heavy trays, handle sharp instruments, and work with manual dexterity.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
