Job Description
We are seeking an experienced full-stack developer with deep expertise in the Microsoft stack, strong SQL skills, and a proven ability to design and implement scalable system architectures. This role will influence technical direction and mentor junior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex applications using C#, .NET Core/Framework, and ASP.NET.
- Architect and optimize SQL Server databases, including queries, stored procedures, and migration strategies.
- Define and implement scalable, secure architectures such as microservices, event-driven systems, and RESTful APIs.
- Maintain high standards of code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices.
- Partner with product managers, QA, and stakeholders; mentor junior engineers to foster technical excellence.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies, with a focus on Azure environments.
Essential Skills
- Expert proficiency in C#, .NET Core/Framework, ASP.NET, and Web API.
- Advanced experience with SQL Server and relational databases, including schema design, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable, highly available distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of design patterns such as Repository and Dependency Injection.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a strong plus.
- 5 years of relevant experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
