Job Title: Sr. Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performance teams to achieve project goals.
• Implement proactive safety initiatives and foster a strong safety culture.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Effectively manage scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
• Continuously improve processes and implement innovative solutions.
• Prioritize client satisfaction and deliver exceptional project outcomes.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field required.
• 10 years of experience in construction project management including ground-up healthcare construction.
• 10 years of experience managing projects for a general contractor.
• Experience with OSHPD/HCAI projects strongly preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Broad understanding of successful project delivery including financial data, production planning, and lean process improvement techniques.
• Experience in medical, ground-up, and general contractor projects.

Work Environment

The candidate will be onsite between the project location and the San Francisco office, located in the downtown area. The position offers a hybrid schedule as the project allows. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $225000.00/yr.
