Provide automation and control engineering support, including on-site installation and start-up support, for control system upgrades for liquid and solid separation process equipment and systems.
Responsibilities- Provide support for automation and control engineering projects.
- Conduct on-site installation and start-up for control system upgrades.
- Design and implement custom control systems for dewatering and thickening process equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation and control systems.
- At least six years of experience in industrial process automation and control equipment.
- Proficiency in PLC systems, HMI units, rotating equipment drive systems, instrumentation, and control components.
- Experience with motor controls, drives, electrical controls, sensors, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial communication.
- Proficient in using Rockwell PLC and HMI programming software.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Familiarity with industrial communication networks such as Modbus.
- Experience with other PLC platforms is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for automation and control systems.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
