This position is for the 3rd shift. The dress code requires that nails do not protrude through latex gloves to maintain safety. Employees can wear t-shirts with writing as long as it is not offensive or controversial; however, a lab coat will cover the top half while in the lab. Long pants are required without tears or exposed ankles. Sweatpants are not allowed, and yoga pants or leggings may soon be banned. Shoes must not have exposed skin, and open-toed footwear is prohibited. The company offers a full gym, cafeteria, and team-building activities such as food trucks and sundaes. There is a strong focus on promoting from within, providing numerous opportunities for career advancement in various departments.

The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $20.70/hr.
