SolidWorks Designer – 3D Printing & Legacy File Updates
Location: Fenton, MO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Flexible Hours (8 AM–4 PM)
About the Role
Are you a SolidWorks expert with a passion for precision and innovation? Join our team as a SolidWorks Designer and play a critical role in modernizing legacy designs to support cutting-edge 3D printing operations. This is a hands-on position where you’ll collaborate closely with floor personnel to harmonize designs and ensure seamless integration into production.
What You’ll Do
- Update Legacy Files: Revise and optimize existing designs to align with 3D printing requirements.
- Create Accurate Drawings: Use SolidWorks to generate detailed drawings from original samples.
- Collaborate on Design Changes: Work with floor personnel to implement updates for legacy products and ensure design harmonization.
What We’re Looking For
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in design and plastic injection molding.
- Preferred Skills: Familiarity with PDM systems and basic metrology skills.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in regulated environments is a plus (not required).
- Background in plastics or injection molding is helpful but not essential.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of St. Louis, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
