Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Research Administrator to manage a complex and large portfolio of research grants, with a primary focus on post-award functions. This role involves mentoring a team, renowned for cutting-edge research and excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex and large portfolio of research grants.
• Focus primarily on post-award functions.
• Mentor and support a team of research professionals.
• Ensure effective grants management, including pre-award and post-award processes.
• Facilitate communication and data entry related to research grants.
• Contribute to clinical research and trials management.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in grants management, including pre-award and post-award processes.
• Strong skills in clinical research and trial management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in data entry and management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in research administration.
• Experience working in a medical or clinical research setting.
• Ability to work 2 days per week on-site (preferably Wednesday and Thursday, with some flexibility).

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Boston, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $125000.00/yr.

The institution will discuss benefits for health, dental, vision, 401k with the candidate upon offer stage.

This is a hybrid position in Boston,MA.
