Job Description
We are seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead a team of Project Managers. The role primarily involves supporting a confidential data center client, with potential growth opportunities into a director-level position.
Responsibilities
- Provide safety leadership across projects.
- Administer contracts efficiently.
- Set up and organize projects effectively.
- Coordinate and schedule site labor.
- Manage budgeting and estimating tasks.
- Handle documentation, submittals, and O&M manuals.
- Coordinate purchasing and subcontract agreements.
- Track production progress.
- Ensure quality control and assurance.
- Control project costs and manage billing.
- Forecast project costs and completion timelines.
- Manage project change orders.
- Oversee project closeout procedures.
- Facilitate internal and external communication.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
- 5 years' experience in High Tech or Mission Critical Data Center construction.
- Experience in electrical construction, preferably with an electrical contractor.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Bluebeam.
- Experience in medium to high voltage environments.
- Strong management and human relations skills.
- Excellent financial analytical capabilities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
