Job Title: Sr Manager, Digital Platforms
Job Description
We are seeking a sr technology leader to oversee the management, development, and optimization of our digital platforms, including enterprise web environments and customer-facing solutions. This individual will be responsible for partnering with marketing, sales operations, and external development partners to deliver technology solutions that support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management, development, and optimization of digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales operations, and external partners to deliver technology solutions.
- Ensure the digital platforms support business growth.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and product owners throughout requirements gathering and UAT.
- Manage offshore teams and vendor partnerships effectively.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 7 years of IT project management experience, with at least 3-5 years in project experience.
- 3 years of experience in eCommerce or customer portal initiatives.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify Plus, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, and integrations.
- Strong track record managing offshore teams and vendor partnerships.
- Solid knowledge of customer portal features such as shopping carts, case management, reporting dashboards, and analytics.
- Strong background in API integrations (REST, GraphQL, webhooks) with ERP, CRM, and other systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project.
- Solid understanding of cloud hosting, security, and scalability practices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Tableau and PowerBI.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Carson, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
