Remote PE Civil Engineer

Job Description

Lead and oversee civil design efforts for assigned projects, ensuring accurate, on-time, and on-budget delivery of design models and construction drawings. Collaborate with customers, contractors, reviewing agencies, engineering personnel, and architects throughout all project phases. Prepare site improvement plans, specifications, drainage reports, and cost estimates for land development, ensuring compliance with customer RFPs and coordination with project managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil design projects, ensuring precise and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout project phases.
• Prepare and review site improvement plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and coordinate with project managers.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineering License.
• 8-15 years of experience in civil design, preferably with leadership or coordination responsibilities.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and civil engineering design software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in stormwater modeling software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Adobe/Bluebeam).
• Project experience within Industrial, Manufacturing, Data Centers, Food and Beverage, or Distribution sectors.

This is a Permanent position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
