Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Trial Navigator for a remote position, primarily focused on site-facing recruitment support. This role requires a blend of clinical research and medical liaison expertise to support site personnel with medical inquiries, patient screening, and co-pay queries. The successful candidate will engage in regular video communications via WEBEX/TEAMS to foster strong site-level partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide recruitment support and guidance to clinical trial sites.
• Address medical questions and facilitate patient screenings.
• Manage co-pay inquiries and assess the eligibility of volunteers for participation.
• Conduct video calls with site personnel to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Utilize CTMS and, preferably, IRT systems to enhance trial logistics and efficiency.
• Educate potential participants on the clinical research process and the benefits of involvement.
• Prescreen and review portals for potential patient candidates.
• Act as a proactive consultant to ensure effective recruitment and lead conversion.

Essential Skills

• Clinical research experience, particularly in oncology and Good Safety Practice (GSP).
• Experience in therapeutic areas such as arthritis and lupus.
• Registered Nurse with understanding of the US healthcare system.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, taking initiative in site interactions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with CTMS and IRT is a plus.
• No certifications needed as the role involves no direct patient interaction.
• Comfortable working with scripts via phone or email to explain study details to potential participants.

Work Environment

This is a home-based, remote position with traditional working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, although occasional calls may be required outside these hours. The role is 12 months in duration and involves no travel. The company will provide the necessary equipment, including a laptop and an iPhone. Candidates can be located in any time zone.

This is a Contract position based out of Princeton, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
