Job Title: Quality Technician

Job Description

Join a dynamic team designing, developing, and manufacturing wound healing technologies for the medical device industry. We are seeking a Quality Technician to support our growing team in a collaborative environment with the Operations, Quality, and Engineering Teams.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of engineering and test samples.
• Receiving and inspection of incoming raw materials.
• Recording test results and comparing them to acceptance criteria.
• Printing and verification of finished product labeling.
• Product Lot Folder review/approval.
• Support equipment installation and qualification activities.
• Assist in the development of internal and supplier-based quality plans.

Essential Skills

• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and documentation.
• Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools.
• 2 plus years of experience working as a Quality Technician, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Experience with Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Preferred 2-year degree.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team-based environment.
• Motivation to learn and grow skill sets.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $33.00/hr.
