Responsibilities
- Lead and drive quality excellence by partnering with various functional leads to ensure quality capability that meets or exceeds manufacturing requirements and standards.
- Guide engineers in responding effectively to customer feedback and Corrective Action Preventative Actions (CAPAs), while following up with quality metrics set in the quality plan.
- Provide technical leadership to site operations by establishing the technology roadmap and collaborating with corporate and regional technical teams.
- Lead operational product and process quality improvements using tools such as CAPAs and audits.
- Exemplify and hold the team accountable to demonstrating core values, focusing on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring team members receive development and coaching.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Previous supervisory experience may be required.
- Quality Management Systems (QMS), CAPA processes, APQP, PPAP, ISO 9001.
- Internal and external auditing skills.
This is a Permanent position based out of Lincolnshire, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
