🧪 Now Hiring: Lab Quality Specialist – First Shift

🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials, components, and final products for quality and compliance.
- Perform lab tests using precision instruments.
- Record test results and report any quality issues or deviations.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality problems.
- Collaborate on product testing, validation, and improvement projects.
- Prepare documentation for audits and compliance checks.
- Promote lab safety and follow environmental protocols.
- Approve materials and finished goods for release based on test data.
- Determine testing and sampling requirements for quality assurance.
🧠What You Bring
- 3–5 years in lab testing or quality control (preferably in chemical or industrial manufacturing).
- Strong knowledge of GMP, lab procedures, and inspection methods.
- Associate’s degree preferred; hands-on experience highly valued.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
🧪 Work Environment
- First shift: 7 a.m. – 4 p.m., rare Saturday overtime.
- Chemical lab setting with PPE and safety protocols.
- Must lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Schaumburg, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.50 - $34.00/hr.
