Quality Auditor

Inspect, test, and measure materials, products, and processes to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct regular audits and checks on production lines to monitor compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Document inspection results, maintain records, and prepare reports for management. Identify defects or non-conformances in products and work with production teams to find root causes. Use measuring tools, testing equipment, and software to verify product accuracy and consistency. Follow established quality procedures and work with leaders to adjust as needed. Collaborate with supervisors and chemists to develop corrective actions and process improvements on the line. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customer requirements, and internal standards. Monitor trends in quality performance and suggest continuous improvement initiatives.

The role is based in a chemical manufacturing environment specializing in paints and coatings. You will spend 90 to 100% of your day on the production floor and quality areas, with some administrative work in the quality office. The work schedule is 1st shift, Monday through Thursday, from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, with an additional shift on Friday from 3:00 am to 11:00 am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
