This position is responsible for the intake, triage, documentation, follow-up, and verification of medical device complaints associated with product line. The role ensures that complaint information is accurately captured within the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS), required information is obtained and documented, and complaint records are prepared for evaluation by the assigned QA Complaint Investigator.

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Support the intake, triage, documentation, follow-up, and verification of medical device complaints.
- Ensure accurate capture of complaint information within the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS).
- Obtain and document required information for complaint records.
- Prepare complaint records for evaluation by the assigned QA Complaint Investigator.
- 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, complaint handling, or in regulated medical device/pharma environments.
- Proficiency with eQMS and regulated documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple complaints simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and quality systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- BS/BA degree in a scientific, technical, healthcare, or quality-related discipline is desirable; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
- Basic understanding of medical device and quality system requirements.
