About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Advisor to join the Supply Quality and Product Safety team. This role plays a critical part in implementing and auditing manufacturing quality strategies, ensuring food safety, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting continuous delivery of safe, high-quality products.
This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and one additional flexible day based on team needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and escalate product complaints and quality issues
- Review and organize incoming feedback from store teams and customers
- Analyze trends in customer and partner feedback to identify quality concerns
- Manage supplier documentation and backend systems
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure timely task completion
- Maintain quality and compliance documentation
- Support backlog reduction and assist with ongoing quality projects
- Navigate internal systems to identify and support suppliers in need
- Adapt to shifting priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, or related field (or Associate’s with 3 years of experience)
- 2 years of experience in food/product safety or quality assurance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and task management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Growth mindset and adaptability
Preferred:
- Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries
- Familiarity with supplier management systems (e.g., Entilex)
- PCQI training (FDA), HACCP, or other food safety certifications

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
