Qa/qc Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated QA/QC Specialist to support a hospital project focused on the remodel of 224 restrooms. This role will require meticulous attention to detail, especially in the waterproofing application for floor drains, fixtures, and walls.

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure products meet company standards.
• Conduct thorough testing of products, services, and processes to identify defects or areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns and enhance product functionality.
• Document and track quality assurance results, providing detailed reports on testing outcomes.
• Provide product development teams with input on enhancing overall quality, usability, and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal quality guidelines.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation, including test plans, checklists, and reports.
• Monitor and review customer feedback and complaints to identify potential quality concerns.
• Train and mentor junior team members on quality assurance processes and best practices.

• 3 years of QA/QC experience.
• Experience working on commercial construction projects.
• Proven experience in quality assurance, testing, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with quality assurance tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, TestRail).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality control (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and testing strategies.
• Proficient in using quality management tools and software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience supporting a hospital construction project.
• JOC experience is preferred.

The position is onsite at a hospital location in Arizona, with a Monday to Friday schedule. Specific start and end times are to be determined.

This is a Contract position based out of Gilbert, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/hr.
