Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Proposal Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will coordinate, produce, and execute responses to various Request for Qualifications (RFQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs) with differing levels of complexity. This role involves collaborating with the Marketing Director to enhance the quality of design and writing in our proposals, aiming to increase our overall success rate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production and execution of proposal responses to RFQs and RFPs.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director to elevate the quality of design and writing for proposal submissions.
• Write, edit, and manage resumes/CVs and project descriptions.
• Research, write, and post updates on all social media platforms.
• Represent the firm at trade shows and professional organization conventions.
• Undertake additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience within an AEC firm or related industry experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including but not limited to Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong writing skills and experience in creating proposals.
• Experience with PowerPoint and managing proposal documents.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working within the construction industry or related fields is advantageous.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/hr.
