Project Structural Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Project Structural Engineer to join our structural group in Everett, WA. The ideal candidate will be involved in a variety of projects across sectors such as military, healthcare, education, commercial, and civic, bringing innovative solutions to complex structural challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals, budgets, and schedules for projects.
• Perform structural modeling, analysis, and design for civil and construction projects.
• Produce construction drawings and specifications.
• Design facilities for a variety of sectors including military, healthcare, education, commercial, and civic.
• Conduct seismic screenings and upgrades.
• Provide construction administration and support.

• PE license in Washington (SE preferred).
• Experience in structural engineering and modeling.
• Proficiency in Revit BIM and AutoCAD.
• Strong skills in structural analysis.
• Ability to lead teams in structural modeling, analysis, and design.
• Hands-on experience producing construction drawings, reports, and specifications.
• Conducting seismic evaluations/rehabilitations per ASCE 41 standards.

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead engineers and drafters, and collaborate effectively in team environments.
• Independent problem-solving skills and initiative in tackling complex structural challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
