💡 Construction Scheduler – Multifamily Projects (NYC | In-Office)

🔍 About the Role

You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed project schedules using MS Project, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple projects (up to 4 at a time). This role requires strong analytical skills, resource coordination, and clear communication with stakeholders.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules from scratch using MS Project and Primavera P6
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate resources and manage schedule risks
• Prepare and present schedule reports, including critical path analysis
• Communicate schedule changes and impacts to project teams and leadership

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5 years of experience in project scheduling within construction or engineering
• Proficiency in MS Project and strong Excel skills
• Experience with multifamily projects (ground-up and renovations)
• PMP certification preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
