Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Data Center Innovations group in Tri Cities, WA. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys developing and managing project plans, schedules, and scopes of work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, purchasing, and supply chain coordination.
• Track project financials and support budget adherence.
• Coordinate logistics and vendor communication to ensure timely material delivery.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and schedule tracking using tools like P6 or MS Project.
• Interpret shop drawings and support construction sequencing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Support project managers and field teams with technical documentation and reporting.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent field experience.
• 4 years of experience in construction or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in Navisworks, Bluebeam, Excel, and scheduling tools (P6 or MS Project).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, including steel, heavy equipment, and general sequencing.
• Experience with purchasing coordination and material logistics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with a major mechanical subcontractor, primarily with HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with financial oversight on projects including budgeting, estimating, approving change orders, and cost tracking.

Work Environment

Work will be conducted at various project sites in Eastern WA, potentially including locations such as Umatilla, Quincy, and Boardman. You will be joining a fast-growing team with one of the largest mechanical contractors in the Pacific Northwest to support large data-center projects.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pasco, WA.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
