Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Review and approve subcontractor/vendor contracts.
- Track costs, process change orders, and manage billing.
- Monitor profitability and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Lead project teams, including site supervisors and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to contract documents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership.

Work Environment
This role requires onsite presence in Waterbury at project sites once or twice a week. A car allowance ranging from $400 to $600 per month is provided, depending on commute. The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
