Job Description
The Project Manager will ensure the continuous operation of all building systems to meet GMP quality standards, ISO14001, ISO45001, environmental requirements, and local, state, and federal regulations while supporting the needs of the business. This role involves developing and implementing a robust preventative maintenance program for critical systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize lifecycle costs. The Project Manager will also monitor and report energy and water consumption metrics, identify projects to reduce environmental impact, and support corporate sustainability objectives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the continuous operation of all building systems in compliance with GMP, ISO14001, ISO45001, and local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement a robust preventative maintenance program for critical systems such as HVAC, DI water, dust collectors, vacuum pumps, generators, and life safety equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize lifecycle costs.
- Monitor and report energy and water consumption metrics.
- Identify and execute projects that reduce environmental impact and support corporate sustainability objectives.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- BA degree in Engineering
- 8 years of facilities engineering experience
- Experience working in a GMP or FDA environment, preferably in consumer products, pharmaceuticals, or food/beverage industries.
Work Environment
This role requires the Project Manager to work onsite for 40 hours a week alongside three other technicians. The work will be conducted at the only FDA-regulated facility in East Windsor, encompassing R&D, Factory, and Manufacturing functions.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of East Windsor, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
