Job Title: Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing drywall and related construction projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to manage schedules, budgets, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with estimators and field supervisors to ensure accurate forecasting.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage change orders.
• Lead and manage field crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper staffing and material delivery to job sites.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets company and code standards.
• Resolve issues related to workmanship, safety, or compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, schedules, and financials.
• Prepare close-out documentation and ensure client satisfaction.

• 3–5 years of experience in drywall or general construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of drywall installation, metal framing, and acoustical ceilings.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).

• 3 years of construction experience required (preferably in drywall).
• 3 years of estimating projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring Grove, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $45.00/hr.
