Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary surveys and studies to determine the viability of proposed projects, assessing environmental, economic, and technical aspects.
• Identify and allocate necessary resources such as labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring their availability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop detailed project budgets, estimate costs, and ensure that the project stays within financial constraints.
• Create comprehensive project timelines, set milestones, and establish realistic deadlines for various phases of the project.
• Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring a cohesive and motivated workforce.
• Regularly communicate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Supervise the quality of work at various stages, ensuring that construction meets the specified standards and codes.

• 5 years of experience with Civil Project Management.
• Experience with Civil Construction Projects and Earth Moving.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to be approved by the USACE.

• Strong team leadership skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication abilities.
• Proficiency in quality control practices.

The work environment includes overseeing civil construction projects, requiring adherence to safety standards such as OSHA 30. The role demands collaboration with various professionals including engineers and contractors. The Project Manager will ensure that all activities comply with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Bismarck, ND.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
