Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed within budget, on time, and in accordance with contractual requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project teams to oversee 2-3 projects simultaneously, coordinating materials and identifying resource constraints.
Responsibilities
- Complete projects within budget, on-time, and within contractual requirements.
- Work with project teams to manage 2-3 projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate project materials and identify resource constraints.
- Troubleshoot problems and ensure delivery of contracted scope.
- Manage building automation/HVAC control projects.
- Handle project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, and collections.
- Coordinate change orders and ensure all work aligns with the Scope of Work (SOW).
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in project management.
- Expertise in HVAC systems and building automation.
- Strong budgeting and forecasting skills.
- PMP certification required.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and Scope of Work.
- Demonstrated team leadership capabilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in managing building automation and HVAC control projects.
- Proficiency in coordinating change orders.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment
This role offers a 70% remote work arrangement with 30% time spent on job sites. As part of a rapidly growing company, there is a direct opportunity for career advancement. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
