Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee projects based on new service applications. This role involves gathering and analyzing project information, meeting with customers, and ensuring successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Gather information about projects based on new service applications.
• Meet customers in person as required to discuss project details.
• Visually inspect existing electric distribution equipment such as transformers, poles, and wires.
• Take measurements, create sketches, and prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Prepare customer agreements based on collected project information.
• Ensure customers have obtained the requisite permits.
• Schedule energizations after the customers' electricians' work is complete and project requirements are fulfilled.

Essential Skills

• Experience in project management and project coordination.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite.
• Ability to conduct field surveys and create site layouts.
• Knowledge of overhead, underground, and vault electrical systems.
• Experience with Asset Suite 8.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Capability to sketch elevations and site layouts based on visual inspections.
• Ability to stay highly organized.

Work Environment

This position is 100% remote but requires candidates to be local to Oakbrook or Chicago for field visits. The role operates on a 1st shift schedule, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Enjoy premium benefits, 9 holidays, and 2 weeks of vacation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
