The Project Engineering Manager leads the engineering and technical execution of water treatment system projects from proposal through commissioning. This role manages a team of engineers and drives collaboration across departments to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and timely project outcomes.

- Oversee project coordination, document control, and design processes.
- Utilize tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office for project management and design tasks.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Experience with document control and P&ID development.
- Design and blueprint interpretation abilities.
- Mechanical engineering expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of engineering experience within industrial equipment.
- 1 year of management or leadership experience.
The work environment consists of a cubicle setting with occasional time spent on the floor. The position offers a professional atmosphere conducive to collaboration and project execution.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
